Dustin Turner

Dustin Turner is a seasoned construction professional currently serving as the Senior Preconstruction Project Manager at T.W. Frierson Contractor, Inc., a position held since June 2023. Previously, Dustin held the role of Senior Project Manager at The NoliWhite Group and was a Project Manager at both DeAngelis Diamond and JE Dunn Construction, where responsibilities included managing the entire construction process for various healthcare projects. Dustin began a career in construction after earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology with a concentration in Construction Management from Murray State University in 2008.
