Michelle Arana, P.E. is an accomplished project manager and senior civil engineer with over two decades of experience in civil engineering and real estate. Currently serving at T.Y. Lin International since July 2016, Michelle has demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects. Prior experience includes roles as a real estate professional at Elite Sales Group Real Estate since September 2010, and at Colfax Realty from February 2005 to August 2010. Earlier career milestones include positions as project engineer at Milian, Swain & Associates, Inc. and Mackie Consultants, LLC, as well as engineering roles at Instituto de Desarrollo Urbano and Silva Carreño & Associados. Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
