Richard A. Waters

Richard A. Waters, PE has extensive work experience in the field of engineering. Richard A. began their career in 1999 as a Senior Engineer at Burns & McDonnell. In 2000, they transitioned to AECOM where they served as a Senior Project Manager until 2005. In 2006, Richard joined T.Y. Lin International as a Senior Vice President, where they were responsible for the growth and development of the Americas Aviation practice. Their role involved overseeing domestic and international airport projects, as well as handling marketing, business development, and project execution.

Richard A. Waters, PE completed their education in a chronological order. Richard A. earned their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Geneva College in the years 1982 to 1985. Following this, they pursued their Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (MSME) from Florida International University, attending from 1988 to 1992. Lastly, Richard obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from Florida International University, graduating between 1997 and 2000.
