Kenneth Slaninka

Kenneth Slaninka is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in subsurface utility engineering and utility coordination. Currently serving as Technical Principal at T2 Utility Engineers since its formation in 2019, Kenneth previously held the role of Principal - Branch Manager at Cardno, Inc., contributing significant expertise in roadway and bridge design. Prior to this, Kenneth managed operations as Transportation Department Manager at DLZ Indiana, overseeing roadway, bridge, and traffic departments while ensuring project quality and financial performance. Kenneth began a career in the Indiana Department of Transportation as a Bridge Plan Reviewer and Agreements Engineer. Kenneth graduated from Bradley University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1988.
