Paul Loughran

Paul Loughran is an experienced professional with a strong background in subsurface utility engineering and telecommunications. Currently serving as the SUE Field Manager at T2 Utility Engineers since April 2007, Paul has held various positions including SUE Field Supervisor and Subsurface Utility Technician Tech III. Key skills include certification as an ORCGA Damage Prevention Technician, proficiency in surveying with Topcon GPS units, extensive experience in inductive scanning, and advanced knowledge of locating equipment such as Radio Detection, Vivax, and Metrotech.
