Ser Da Silva has extensive experience in the utility engineering sector, currently serving as CCTV Manager at T2 Utility Engineers since March 2015. Previously, Ser held the role of Business Development Manager at Insituform Technologies, where responsibilities included client meetings, business deal closures, and participation in trade shows. Prior to that, Ser managed personnel at Pipetek Infrastructure Services and oversaw municipal tendering projects. As Division Manager at Veolia, Ser was involved in daily operations and business planning, ensuring compliance with company policies. Ser also co-founded Telescan Sewer Services Ltd, transforming it from a small operation to a successful fleet.
