Mika Hokajärvi

Mika Hokajärvi is an accomplished construction site manager currently leading projects at T2H - Ihania koteja since August 2021, overseeing the Asunto Oy Kirkkonummen Neitokurki & Hietakurki construction sites. Prior experience includes roles as a project engineer and sales support manager at ABB and Etteplan, respectively, with a notable background in project management within the High Power Drives department at ABB. Mika also participated in the ABB Talent Trainee Program, completing various training modules and contributing to process development during a master's thesis focused on engineering-to-order manufacturing. With a solid educational foundation in mechanical engineering and industrial engineering and management from Aalto University and KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Mika brings substantial expertise to the construction and engineering fields.
