Eve Bowen

Eve Bowen is an experienced Senior Editor at The New York Review of Books, a position held since 1998. Throughout a diverse career, Eve has worked as a Freelance Proofreader for several notable companies including Little Star, Alfred A. Knopf, and Ballantine Books. Additionally, Eve served as Copy Chief for NYRB Classics from 1999 to 2007. Prior to these roles, Eve began as a Graphic Design & Advertising Associate at Alfred A. Knopf. Eve holds a Master of Arts in English from the Bread Loaf School of English, a Certificate in Book & Magazine Publishing from the Radcliffe Publishing Course, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Reed College.
