Adam Meile

Adam Meile has a comprehensive work experience in the field of RF engineering. Adam is currently serving as the Principal RF Engineer at t3 Broadband. Prior to this role, they worked as an RF Engineer at T-Mobile from July 2020 to June 2021. Adam also has a long history with Sprint, starting their career as an RF Engineer I in August 2005 and progressing to the role of RF Engineer III. During their time at Sprint, Adam played a crucial role in network optimization, driving a significant reduction in VoLTE CDR and demonstrating expertise in multiple technologies. Adam also gained experience in telecom design engineering, serving as a Telecom Design Engineer II and III. Adam has a strong background in network hardware and software, specifically for Ericsson and Nokia systems. Adam has shown leadership skills by providing training sessions for local RF engineering teams and resolving executive escalations.

Adam Meile completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Kansas from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the same university, which they obtained from 2012 to 2017.
