Scott Crace

Scott Crace has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Scott began their career in the US Army as a Military Police Officer, where they served in various roles, including as a Post Administrator for the New York Statewide Police Information Network and as a Computer Systems Security Officer in the Provost Marshall's Office. Scott also worked as an Intelligence Analyst, maintaining the operations of a large-scale LAN/WAN environment and providing desk-side support for software and hardware issues.

After leaving the military, Scott joined Sarcom as a Services Supervisor and Call Center Representative. In this role, they managed a team of 12 personnel, oversaw customer reports for billing and quality control, and acted as a primary point of contact for support contract management. Scott also monitored service level objectives, coached team associates, and managed change processes.

Following their time at Sarcom, Scott moved on to IBBS, where they worked as a Telecom Administrator. In this position, they handled various responsibilities related to telecom operations.

Currently, Scott is employed at Momentum Telecom, where they have held multiple roles since joining in 2012. Scott started as an IT Manager, providing direction and support for over 400 employees across North America. Scott'sresponsibilities included strategic planning, technology recommendations, and project management for technology implementation and updates. Scott then transitioned to a Systems Engineer role before their current position as a Systems DevOps Engineer.

Scott Crace attended Cartersville High School from 1987 to 1990. After completing high school, they pursued a degree in Information Technology at Barstow Community College from 1997 to 1999. However, they did not complete their Associates of Science degree.
