Christoph Schmutz

Christoph Schmutz has a diverse work experience in the fields of pharmaceuticals and research. Christoph started as a Trainee at Synthes in 2005 before moving on to the University of Basel, where they worked as a PhD student from 2010 to 2014 and as a Postdoctoral Researcher from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Project Therapeptix as a CTI Researcher and Project Manager, where they stayed until 2017. Currently, they are a Senior Scientist and CMC Project Manager at T3 Pharmaceuticals AG, a position they have held since August 2017.

Christoph Schmutz pursued their education in a systematic and progressive manner. Christoph first attended Gymnasium Liestal from 2001 to 2004, where they focused on the subjects of Biology and Chemistry. This foundational training laid the groundwork for their future academic pursuits.

Following their time at Gymnasium Liestal, Christoph enrolled at the University of Basel in 2005. Over the course of three years, from 2005 to 2008, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree at the University. Though the field of study for their bachelor's degree is not specified, it can be assumed to be related to their previous studies in Biology and Chemistry.

With a solid undergraduate foundation, Christoph went on to further their education at the University of Basel. Christoph pursued a Master's Degree in Infection Biology from 2008 to 2010. This specialized degree allowed him to deepen their understanding of the field and develop expertise in the area of infection biology.
