Mathias S. Dick

Mathias S. Dick has a diverse work experience in the field of bioanalytics and research. Mathias S. started their career as a Junior Research Assistant at Biozentrum, University of Basel in 2009 before taking on a temporary role as a Research Assistant in 2012. In 2017, Mathias joined Biozentrum again as a Postdoc for a brief period. Mathias S. then moved to T3 Pharmaceuticals AG in 2017 and held various positions including Research Associate, Senior Scientist/Project Manager, and currently serves as the Head of Bioanalytics.

Mathias S. Dick began their education at Gymnasium Liestal, where they obtained their Matura degree in Biology and Chemistry in 2006. Mathias S. then went on to attend the University of Basel from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Molecular Biology. Continuing their studies at the same institution, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Infection Biology from 2011 to 2012. Afterward, they further advanced their education by enrolling in the University of Basel's doctoral program in Cell Biology, completing their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in 2016. Recently, from 2019 to 2022, Mathias pursued a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Pharmaceuticals at ETH Zürich.
