Lisa Piccardo

Lisa Piccardo has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Lisa currently holds the position of VP Brokerage & Team Consulting at T3 Sixty, where they are responsible for delivering management consulting programs for residential real estate brokerages and teams. Prior to this, Lisa worked at Sotheby's International Realty, first as the VP Affiliate Services from June 2015 to January 2019, where they served as a liaison to affiliates and collaborated with the marketing team. Lisa then became the Global VP Lead Affiliate Services from January 2019 to the present, leading the affiliate servicing team for North America. Lisa also has experience as the Regional Executive Vice President at Four Seasons Sotheby's International Realty, where they oversaw six offices in Southern Vermont. Before joining Sotheby's, they were the President/Principal Broker at Vermont Country Properties Sotheby's International Realty from 2013 to 2015, where they oversaw all business and marketing operations. Lisa began their career as the owner of "A Place In Vermont" from 2005 to 2011. Lisa also has experience working in the non-profit sector as a Regional Executive at the American Cancer Society from 1992 to 2000. Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated expertise in real estate management, brand promotion, and building personal and professional brands.

Lisa Piccardo attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 1982 to 1984, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Fashion Buying & Merchandising.
