Greg Richards has an extensive work experience spanning from 2008 to the present. In 2008, they began working as an Associate at Aspen Capital Partners, LLC. In 2011, they joined the Army Special Forces (Airborne) as a Green Beret. In 2017, they began working as a Project Manager at Systems Technology Forum, Ltd. (STF). In 2018, they became a Program Manager at InnovaSystems International, LLC. Currently, they are the Director of Programs at T3W Business Solutions, Inc. Throughout their career, they have led teams, managed projects, and developed project plans. Greg has also been responsible for optimizing clients' use of space and resources, as well as providing expert support using technology, creativity, and experience.

Greg Richards completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Finance, General from the University of South Florida in 2018. Greg then went on to obtain a Master of Science (MS) in Cyber Security Operations & Leadership from the University of San Diego. In addition, they hold certifications from CompTIA (Security +, obtained in October 2017), FINRA (Series 63, obtained in November 2008 and Series 7, obtained in October 2008), and Project Management Institute (Project Management Professional (PMP)).
