Rikki Wells

Rikki Wells, CDCP, has extensive experience in business development and data center operations. Rikki currently serves as the Director of Business Development I T5 Services at T5 Data Centers, a global data center owner and operator. In this role, they are responsible for delivering customizable and scalable data centers to support mission-critical business applications. Prior to this, Rikki held various positions, including Vice President of the Board of Directors for the DFW Chapter of AFCOM, VP of Business Development at BCS Data Center Operations, Vice President of Business Development for Colocation Data Centers at Device42, and Business Development at Rittal North America LLC. Rikki also has experience in business development for boutique manufacturers of fiber plant products and services, as well as data center and hybrid IT service providers. Rikki is skilled in channel development, end user demand creation, and has expertise in data center products and technology infrastructure. Rikki has a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving local sales execution.

Rikki Wells, CDCP has a Bachelor of Science degree in Strategic Communications from The University of Kansas, specifically from the William Allen White School of Journalism. Prior to attending university, Wells completed their high school education at Glendale High School. In addition to their formal education, Wells has obtained various certifications, including a Commercial Real Estate Certificate from eCornell in 2021, an Executive Certificate in Channel Management for Vendors from CompTIA in 2018, a Certified Data Center Professional certification from EPI - Enterprise Products Integration Pte Ltd in 2015, and a Data Center Certified Associate certification from Schneider Electric. Furthermore, Wells has obtained an ICT Fundamentals certification from BICSI and a VMware Sales Professional (VSP) certification from VMware, although the specific dates for these certifications are not provided.
