Torrey Searles

Torrey Searles has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Starting in 2001, Torrey served in the US Army as a CPT until 2006. Following that, Torrey joined Target and worked as a Group Leader from 2006 to 2008 before transitioning to the role of ETL-Logistics from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, Torrey joined Bradley-Morris, Inc. and worked as a Candidate Recruiter for a year before being promoted to General Manager, a position held until 2017. Since 2018, Torrey has been with T5 Data Centers, initially working as the Talent Acquisition and Development lead before being promoted to the Vice President- Talent role in October 2021.

Torrey Searles attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering.
