Tale Ragimov

Tale Ragimov has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. They started their career in 2011 as a Business Analyst and Engineer in the R&D department at NTO "IRE-Polus" (IPG Photonics), where they worked until December 2013. In 2014, Tale joined RES as a Development Manager for a short period of time. Later that year, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Polarus LLC, where they held various positions, including Chief System Engineer and Principle Laser Design Engineer. Their tenure at Polarus lasted from September 2014 to October 2020. In November 2020, Tale joined T8 l INFINITE TECHNOLOGIES as a Project Lead. Their current position is the Development Team Lead at T8 SENSOR, which they started in February 2022.

Tale Ragimov completed a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Physics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) from 2007 to 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master's degree in Fiber and Laser Optics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT). During the same period, they also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Technological Entrepreneurship Department of RUSNANO.
