Aimee Young

Aimee Young serves as the CMO Operating Advisor at TA Associates since January 2022, focusing on scaling growth in profitable companies across various industries, including technology and healthcare. Previously, Aimee founded Sparke & Co in November 2019, providing fractional CRO and CMO services to a diverse clientele including growth equity firms and consumer companies. Significant prior roles include serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Quicken Inc., where Aimee led a successful turnaround, and at SoFi, where Aimee was instrumental in transforming the company into a major consumer finance entity. Aimee’s marketing expertise was further demonstrated at HarvestMark and Virgin Atlantic, both of which gained significant recognition during her tenure. Aimee holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a summa cum laude BS in Psychology and Economics from Wellesley College.
