Filitsa Theodoridou

Filitsa T. is a Growth Equity Investor at TA Associates since December 2023, specializing in technology investments across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior experience includes various roles in tech M&A at Morgan Stanley from January 2021 to November 2023, serving as an Associate, Analyst, and Off-Cycle Analyst. Filitsa has also held analyst positions at Point72 and Perella Weinberg Partners, as well as internships at The Blackstone Group, NatWest Group, and Blue Matter, focusing on private equity, healthcare investment banking, and strategic consulting. Filitsa holds a BSc in Biochemistry from Imperial College London and attended Tsinghua University for a Summer School program in Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
