Björn Schubert

Björn Schubert has extensive experience in various roles within the finance and consulting industries. Björn most recently served as the Director of Data Analytics & Reporting at TA Connections, where they managed a team of analysts and provided business intelligence and market research for data-driven decision-making. Prior to this, they worked as a Strategic Business Consultant at Strategic Transatlantic Consulting, assisting small and medium-sized companies with strategic planning and product launches in the US market. Björn also held positions at J.P. Morgan, where they served as a Senior Finance Manager and Business Manager, and at Convergex Group LLC, where they began their career as a Sales & Trading Trainee. Additionally, they have experience in international lending and internal audit roles at SaarLB and Deutsche Postbank International S.A. respectively.

Björn Schubert obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from ISFATES/DFHI between 2005 and 2008. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Finance & Investments at the University of Edinburgh Business School from 2008 to 2009. In terms of additional certifications, Björn acquired the Competent Communicator and Competent Leader titles from Toastmasters International in September 2018 and February 2017, respectively. Björn also successfully completed Level 1 and Level 2 of the CFA Certification from the CFA Institute in July 2010 and July 2011, respectively. Recently, they obtained the "Excel: Introduction to Macros and VBA" certification from LinkedIn in January 2021 and the "From Excel to SQL" certification from LinkedIn in February 2023.
