Erick Venegas

Erick Venegas possesses extensive experience in customer recovery and operations, currently serving as a Customer Recovery Agent at TA Connections since January 2021, and previously held the same position at Travelliance from November 2012 to December 2020, where responsibilities also included roles as a Billing Specialist and Operations Supervisor. Prior to that, Erick worked as a Guest Service Representative at Candlewood Suites® Hotels from May 2010 to October 2012, and as a Data Entry Clerk for the Albany Park Neighborhood Council during a brief stint in 2011. Educated at Northeastern Illinois University, Erick earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections between 2007 and 2011.
