Lay Geok Lim has over 30 years of experience in account management and customer service. Currently serving as Assistant Director of Account Management at TA Connections, a Fleetcor Company, since March 2012, Lay Geok Lim has held various roles including Senior Account Manager and Manager of SIN Customer Service. Prior to this, Lay Geok Lim worked at SATS Ltd. from June 1993 to February 2012, where positions included Duty Manager, Customer Service Officer, and Customer Service Agent.
