Oliver Carlos de Guinea Laverde Bsc. (Hons), Six Sigma, Agile PM has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Oliver Carlos currently holds the role of Director of Implementations & Project Management at TA Connections, where they oversee the successful execution of projects. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development Manager at TA Connections.

Before joining TA Connections, Oliver held key positions at Etihad Airways, including Crew Resources - Programme Manager, where they led the implementation of strategic Operations change programs. Oliver Carlos was responsible for managing a team of specialists and external vendors, ensuring on-time and within budget delivery. Oliver Carlos also served as a Flight Operations Systems Officer during their time at Etihad Airways.

Oliver's entrepreneurial spirit led him to found Tom's Club - English Language Social Club, a Shanghai-based start-up that focused on providing a professional environment for students and young workers to improve their oral language skills and engage in discussions on global events.

Prior to their entrepreneurial venture, Oliver worked as an International Client Service Officer at BNP Paribas Investment Partners and as a Senior Sales Advisor at Vodafone.

With their strong project management skills, business development expertise, and a background in sales and client service, Oliver brings a valuable combination of experiences to their current role at TA Connections.

Oliver Carlos de Guinea Laverde Bsc. (Hons), Six Sigma, Agile PM has a diverse education history. Oliver Carlos started their academic journey at Aston University from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in International Business with French, specializing in the field of International Business. After completing their undergraduate studies, Oliver attended the Windsor Boys' School from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained their A-Levels.

In addition to their formal education, Oliver has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2017, they completed the Project Management Professional Course, offered by PMP Certification Training | Online Classroom Training. In 2018, they obtained the AGILE Project Management Foundation & Practitioner certification from APMG International and the PRINCE2 Agile® Project Management Certifications from Etihad Airways. Finally, in 2019, Oliver achieved the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from Revive Global.
