Joselyn Rubilar has extensive experience in the field of biotechnology and genetics, currently serving as the Director Técnico at Taag Genetics since October 2015, where previous roles included Supervisora de microbiología and Analista Laboratorio de Biologia Molecular. Prior to this, Joselyn contributed as a Tutor for a social project focused on social integration at Fundación Superación de la Pobreza from August 2012 to January 2013, primarily working with second-grade children to promote self-respect and respect for peers. Additionally, Joselyn was an Asistente de Laboratorio at the Centro de Biotecnología, Universidad de Concepción, from March 2011 to November 2012, participating in a FONDECYT project involving bioreactor processes and analysis. Joselyn holds a Magister en Fisiología y Producción Vegetal with a specialization in Mejoramiento Genético Vegetal from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2014-2016) and a degree in Bioingeniería with a focus on Genética Molecular Vegetal from Universidad de Concepción (2008-2013).
