Margaux Beghini has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Margaux started their career at KIABI as a Sales Assistant in 2014. Margaux then worked as a Temping Assistant at Adwork's from July 2015 to January 2016. In 2016, Margaux was a Shop Assistant Manager at La Station - Coffee Stop and later served as the Head of Company Relations at G-Eyes, Audencia audio-visual Society. Moving on, they joined CACEIS as a Product Manager from January 2017 to June 2017. Margaux then worked at Unilever Food Solutions as a Strategy Assistant, where they were responsible for developing the "Casual Dining" sector and creating a database of major restaurant chains. In 2019, they worked as a Consultant CIB Consulting at BNP Paribas CIB. Margaux's role at Proprioo started in January 2020 as a Chargée des opérations, and they later became the Sales Operations Manager from October 2020 to April 2022. Prior to their current position, Margaux was a Sales Operations Project Manager at Ankorstore from April 2022 to August 2022. As of August 2022, they work as a Sales Operations & Performance Manager at Tabesto, where they are responsible for sales operations, CRM optimization, and managing various projects.
Margaux Beghini's education history starts in 2008 when they attended Audencia and obtained a Baccalauréat degree in Études générales. Margaux then went on to attend Lycée Saint Jean DOUAI from 2012 to 2015, where they pursued a Classe Préparatoire ECE degree in Économie. From 2015 to 2019, Margaux attended Audencia again, this time completing a Diplôme grande école in Management de projet. In 2018, they briefly studied at the Higher School of Economics, focusing on Management.

Finalement, Tabesto améliore la rentabilité des restaurants via une rotation accélérée des tables et une augmentation du ticket moyen grâce à un système de suggestions intelligent.
