Jonathan Skepe is an accomplished Human Resources professional with a solid background in enhancing employee experiences and maximizing productivity. Currently serving as a People Services Specialist at Table Mountain Aerial Cableway Co. Ltd. since May 2020, Jonathan focuses on improving employee engagement. Prior roles include Assistant HR Manager at Radisson Blu Hotel & Residence in Cape Town and HR Officer and Administrator at Radisson Blu Hotel Port Elizabeth, where responsibilities involved supporting HR management to achieve guest service objectives. Jonathan began the career as a Material Handler at Schnellecke Logistics and holds an NDip in Human Resource Management from Nelson Mandela University.
