Rachael Beare

Rachael Beare is the current Associate Head of School, External Affairs at TABOR ACADEMY. Rachael has held this position since July 2020.

Beare was previously the Dean of Admission at Keystone Academy in Beijing from June 2012 to July 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Dean of Admission and Financial Aid at The Hotchkiss School from July 2008 to June 2012.

Beare's other experience includes serving as the Director of Admission & Financial Aid at Lakeside School from January 1998 to January 2008, Admission Counselor at Phillips Exeter Academy from January 1996 to January 1998, Associate Director of Admission at Deerfield Academy from January 1995 to January 1996, and Director of Financial Aid; Associate Director of Admission; English Teacher at The Loomis Chaffee School from January 1990 to January 1994.

Rachael Beare has a Master of Education from Harvard University Graduate School of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration, General. Rachael also has a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College in English Language and Literature, General. Rachael attended The Loomis Chaffee School for their bachelors.

Rachael Beare works with Derek Krein - Dean of Faculty, Eric Long - Directer of Admission & Financial Aid, and Christina Kennedy - Dean of Studies & Math Teacher. Rachael Beare reports to Tony Jaccaci, Head of School.
