Nicholas Vernacchia

Nicholas Vernacchia is a Clinical Solutions Pharmacist at Tabula Rasa HealthCare, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Nicholas completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency. Nicholas began a career in pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health from July 2016 to February 2017. Educationally, Nicholas earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and a Master of Science (MS) in Pharmacogenomics and Personalized Medicine from Shenandoah University between 2018 and 2022, following a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Neuroscience from William & Mary, completed in 2018.
