Prior to this, they served as the Associate Director of Product Management/Enterprise Agile Coach at the same company, focused on driving agile transformation and empowering team members.

Starr also has experience as an Agile Coach at Modis, where they helped establish product teams and coached through cultural shifts at Banfield Pet Hospital. They have also held positions as a Practice Manager at ProKarma, a Senior Project Manager at PeaceHealth, and a Senior Program Manager at IGNW and Providence Health & Services, all in the field of business intelligence and healthcare.
