Peter Koullias

Peter Koullias has extensive work experience in operations management. Peter currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Metro Commodities Private Limited. Previously, they served as Director of Operations at Mother-in-Law's, Otto's Naturals, World Waters, Rawpothecary, and Blue Apron. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing the operations and ensuring the success of the companies. Prior to that, they worked as the General Manager of Operations at The Fresh Diet, Inc., where they established and implemented the corporate structure and introduced Lean Manufacturing principles. Peter also held the position of Food Operations Manager at LSG Sky Chefs, where they directed the production of meals for airline provisioning. Additionally, they served as a Multi-Unit Food Service Manager at Union Settlement Association and as a Production/Purchasing Manager at Park Avenue Extended Care Center/Townhouse Extended Care Center. Overall, they have demonstrated their expertise in operational management and has contributed to the success of various organizations throughout their career.
