Dorota Szeremeta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and strategy across multiple leading technology firms. Currently serving as a Customer Advisory Board Member at Tackle.io since January 2025, Szeremeta previously held the position of VP of Operations at ClickHouse, playing a pivotal role in establishing the company from its inception. Prior to ClickHouse, Szeremeta served as VP at Tableau Software, leading global sales programs and facilitating go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Salesforce. Szeremeta's tenure at Salesforce included roles as VP of Employee Success Strategy & Operations and Portfolio Leader for Customer Success, where strategic workforce planning and customer success initiatives were key responsibilities. Szeremeta began a career in strategic operations at VMware as a Senior Manager for Global Customer Operations Strategy.
