Paul J. Baldasaro

Paul J. Baldasaro has a strong background in the restaurant industry, with over 20 years of executive-level experience. Paul J. recently assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer at Taco Mac Restaurant Group, where they are responsible for strengthening operations and implementing technological innovations. Prior to this, they founded The Power of Purpose, Hospitality Consulting LLC, where they provided consulting services to start-up restaurants and regional brands. Paul J. also served as the Chief Executive Officer of The Hickory Tavern and as the Chief Operating Officer of Mellow Mushroom and Buckhead Life Restaurant Group. Earlier in their career, they held various management positions at Levy Restaurants, Landry's, J. Alexander's Restaurants, C.A. Muer Corporation, and Stouffer Restaurant Group. Throughout their career, Baldasaro has demonstrated their ability to drive sales growth, develop strategies, and manage teams to achieve success in the restaurant industry.

Paul J. Baldasaro completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Organizational Management at Eastern University from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they attended Johnson & Wales University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Food Service Management and an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Culinary Arts, both from Johnson & Wales University.

In terms of certifications, Paul completed Disney's Leadership Excellence Program at Walt Disney World in January 2012. Paul J. also obtained the Serve Safe Certification- Proctor from SERVESAFE LTD. Furthermore, they pursued Level 1 and Level 2 Master Sommelier certifications from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
