Alessio Guerrini has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Alessio started their career as a Field Service Engineer at Forgital Italy S.P.A. in 2007. Alessio then moved on to work as a Field Engineer - Coder at Innologic Engineering in 2008. Alessio then transitioned to Socomec Group, where they held multiple roles, including Test Engineer, Project Engineer, and Custom Projects Officer from 2010 to 2017. Alessio then joined I.E.S srl innovative electrical solutions as the Technical Department Supervisor from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Alessio works at Taco Comfort Solutions as a Project Manager, where they manage projects for OEM customers and research projects, with a focus on new product development. Alessio has extensive experience working with agile and remote teams.

Alessio Guerrini completed their high school education at I.T.I.S. A. Rossi, where they earned a High School Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications in 2007. In 2009, they enrolled at Università degli Studi di Padova to pursue an Engineer's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation. Alessio is currently pursuing this degree, and the duration of their studies is unknown.

In addition to their formal education, Alessio Guerrini has obtained several certifications. In January 2021, they acquired the "Minitab Essential II" certification from GMSL - Software, Training & Consulting | Minitab Authorized Partner. In July 2020, they obtained a "Six Sigma White Belt in Engineering" certification from Aveta Business Institute. In the same month, they also earned certifications in "Jira Essentials" and "Jira Essentials with Agile Mindset" from Atlassian.
