Ryan McLaughlin

Ryan McLaughlin serves as the PMO Manager at Tacoma Power since April 2009, where responsibilities include supporting strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and maturing project management practices. Previously, Ryan held the position of Power Supervisor III at Tacoma Power, providing engineering project support in various sections. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Engineer at Coughlin Porter Lundeen, where leadership in project design teams focused on structural calculations for medium to large structures, and at AHBL Inc., developing structural designs for smaller projects. Early career positions included heavy equipment operator and laborer at DON OLSON CONSTRUCTION INC and Dycon Corporation, contributing to large-scale construction projects. Ryan holds a BS in Civil Engineering (Structural) from Seattle University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Green River College.
