Paula Roesch

Paula Roesch has over 15 years of experience with Taconic Biosciences, starting in 2007. Paula has held various roles, including Senior Manager of Laboratory Services, Associate Director of Health Services, Director of Health Diagnostics, Global Director of Molecular and Diagnostic Analysis, and Senior Director of Diagnostics and Environmental Biosecurity. Most recently, they served as the Sr. Director of Quality Assurance and Biosecurity, overseeing quality management, biosecurity, and global operations across multiple sites in the US and Europe. Paula has led teams in molecular analysis, health testing, and laboratory management, demonstrating strong leadership, technical expertise, and operational excellence throughout their career.

Paula Roesch holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from St Andrews Presbyterian College. Paula later pursued a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Medical Microbiology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Microbiology and Immunology from Wake Forest University School of Medicine.
