Renee Butcher

Renee Butcher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, system management, and production. Currently serving as the Global System & Process Manager at Taconic Biosciences since June 2019, Renee has held roles such as Senior Trainer Customer Experience and Contact Center Trainer. Prior experience includes serving as Training and QA Supervisor at I.AM+ from December 2015 to June 2019 and as Agent Experience Lead at Wink from April 2014 to December 2015, where Renee focused on systems and process management in call centers. Earlier in the career, Renee was an Assistant Professor of Lighting & Sound at Samford University from 2003 to 2012 and served as Production Manager at Pook Diemont & Ohl from 2001 to 2003. Educational qualifications include an MFA in Theatre from The University of Memphis and a BA in Theater from SUNY Geneseo.
