Roeya Vaughan has extensive experience in the consumer products industry. Roeya began their career in 1999 at Mattel, Inc., where they held the roles of Assistant Brand Manager, Brand Manager, and MBA Intern. In 2004, they joined Meguiar's, Inc. as Senior Portfolio Marketing Manager. In 2009, Roeya moved to Arbonne as Senior Director of Marketing. In 2011, they became Vice President (Head of) Marketing for Dr. Sears Family Essentials. From 2012 to 2016, Roeya served as Global Vice President (GM), Oakley Sunglasses and Global Category Director - Oakley Custom at Oakley. In 2016, they became Vice President (Head of) Marketing & eCommerce at ASICS America Corporation. In 2017, Roeya joined Behr Paint Company as Vice President (Head of) Marketing & eCommerce. Most recently, in 2020, they became co-CEO of Tacori, where they are responsible for leading day-to-day operations, with full P&L and long-range planning responsibility.

Roeya Vaughan received their MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2000, with a focus in General Management and Marketing. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Communication Studies and Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1996.
