Louis Tran has extensive experience in customer support and technical operations. Louis has held various senior managerial roles throughout their career.

Tran started their professional journey at Cisco Systems, where they managed NPI activities for Cisco Wireless products. Louis then joined Calient Networks as a Senior Staff in Support Operations, where they provided Tier 3 escalation and supported new product trials.

Tran later became self-employed and worked as an Entrepreneur, managing technical support from tier 1 to escalation and sustaining engineering. Louis also engaged with customers at a senior level to ensure high satisfaction.

After that, Tran joined Infinera and held multiple roles, including Senior Support Engineer, Technical Program Manager, and Support Manager for APAC, where they managed support operations and provided technical support on network issues.

Tran then worked at TEC as Director of Engineering Operations, managing all aspects of engineering and support operations in Vietnam. Subsequently, they served as the General Manager of Vietnam Operations at Cat Vang Solutions, where they started technical operations in Vietnam and executed the company's business plan.

Tran continued their career at eBay Inc. as a Senior Program Manager, responsible for unifying support functions company-wide and managing engineering system tools. Louis then moved to Veritas Technologies LLC as a Senior Manager of Customer Support, where they were responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction and managing the support team.

Prior to their current role, Tran worked at Motility Software Solutions as a Senior Manager of Support Operations, leading support operations and managing the technical support team for North American customers. Currently, Tran works at Tact.ai as a Senior Manager of Customer Support, where they manage the technical support team for global users of Tact Life Science products and focuses on customer and product satisfaction.

Louis Tran earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Seattle Pacific University in 2005.
