Charles Tessier, Ph.D., serves as an Expert in citizen behavior and research at TACT since September 2018, while also holding positions as Director and Senior Consultant in Data Intelligence. Concurrently, Charles has been a University Lecturer at Université de Sherbrooke since January 2016, teaching courses on Canadian and Quebec Politics, Quantitative Analysis, and Decision-Making Processes in Domestic Politics at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Prior experiences include a postdoctoral fellowship at McGill University, an instructor role for three workshops on statistical software R at Canadian Heritage, and a teaching assistant position at Université Laval. Charles holds a PhD in Political Science and Government from Université Laval, alongside a Master's and Bachelor's in Applied Political Studies from Université de Sherbrooke, and a Certificate in Law from Université de Montréal.
