Philippe Frizon

Philippe Frizon is a seasoned professional in strategy and change management, currently serving as Senior Director, Strategy & Change at TACT since 2025. Prior to this role, Philippe held the position of Associate Partner at PMP Strategy from 2021 to 2025, specializing in global strategy consulting. Philippe's experience includes directing strategy and analytics at ADM Aéroports de Montréal, where responsibilities involved business strategy development and data solutions for two major airports.
