Nancy Murphy

Nancy Murphy has over 25 years of work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Nancy is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Tactical Air Support, where they oversee talent acquisition strategies. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at an undisclosed company. From 2021 to 2023, they served as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Technical Recruiter at Redwire Space. Nancy also worked at the Information Technology Engineering Corporation (ITEC) as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Technical Recruiter from 2017 to 2021. Their responsibilities at ITEC included providing technical staffing solutions for aerospace and defense clients. Before this, they worked at ISYS Technologies as a Senior Technical Lead Recruiter for engineering, IT, and other positions from 2010 to 2017. Nancy also gained valuable experience at Raytheon and Lockheed Martin as a Principal Employment Recruiter and Human Resources/Recruiter, respectively. Throughout their career, they have utilized various sourcing techniques and technologies to recruit top talent in diverse industries.

Nancy Murphy has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree from the University of Miami. Nancy also holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Ceramics from East Carolina University.
