Eric Estep

Eric Estep began their work experience in 2007 as a Full Cycle Recruiter at Cessna Aircraft Company. In 2009, they joined UCI as the Vice President Field Operations, where they focused on workforce activities and strategic use of human resources. Since 2015, Eric has been the President of Tactical Safety Solutions, responsible for overseeing operations and planning the use of resources.

Eric Estep MS attended Kansas State University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology. Eric then pursued further education at Kansas State University from 2007 to 2010, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Prior to their university studies, Eric Estep MS attended Clearwater High School, although specific dates and degrees obtained are unknown.
