Dugan Baker

Dugan Baker is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and sales within the athletic apparel industry. Currently serving as CEO and COO of Tactics since January 2022, Dugan also owns DUGAN'S ICE CREAM, LLC, established in January 2012. Dugan's previous role as VP Marketplace at Inxeption spanned from May to December 2021, and a significant tenure at Nike from July 2003 to December 2020 included multiple senior positions, such as General Manager of Nike SB North America and various roles in digital business development and sales operations. Dugan's career began at Nike in 1999, progressing through various positions. Dugan holds a degree from the University of Oregon, complemented by foundational studies at Montana State University-Bozeman.
