Franz Schubart

Franz Schubart has had a varied work experience. In 2019, they were an Intern in Complete Vehicle Development at BMW Group, where they were responsible for finding solutions to improve technical properties and committee management of technical design and verification platforms. In 2020, they were a Site Manager Zimbabwe and LCA Analyst at TU eMpower Africa e.V., an NGO that fosters the sustainable development of communities in Africa. Franz was also a Founding Team Member and Marketing at Helfen.München, an organization that supports local stores in Corona times. Additionally, they were an E.ON Student Consultant Innovation on behalf of UnternehmerTUM, where their main sector was finding out about opportunities for smart and decentralized grids and opportunities in the energy sector in general. Franz was also a BEFIVE by UnternehmerTUM Tech Challenge Innovation Consultant, where they applied Design Thinking methods and conducted in-depth interviews to develop an MVP for the internal Supply Chain Optimization for a leading German construction company. In 2021, they were an Intern: Tech Scout at Partners Partners & Company, a boutique technology and innovation agency at the intersection between the Middle East and Europe. Franz was also a Manage & More Israel Fellowship Scholar at Manage and More by UnternehmerTUM, and an Intern: Battery Production Engineer at Addionics, a startup based in Israel and the UK. Lastly, in 2022, they were a Business Development Manager and Founder's Associate at Tacto.

Franz Schubart began their educational journey in 2015 when they enrolled in Technische Universität Braunschweig, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Maschinenbau in 2019. In the same year, they began a Master's degree in Maschinenwesen at the Technical University of Munich, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, Franz Schubart is currently enrolled in Manage and More by UnternehmerTUM, where they are pursuing a Manage&More Scholarship in Entrepreneurship, which they are also expected to complete in 2022.
