Karoline Rueckerl

Karoline Rueckerl has a wealth of work experience, beginning with a Project Steering Co-op at BMW Manufacturing in 2013. Karoline then had a Supply Chain and Operations Internship at BASF in the same year. In 2014 they returned to BMW Manufacturing as a Launch and Control Co-op and then moved to The WhiteWave Foods Company in 2015 as a Customer Logistics Intern. From 2016 to 2018, Karoline worked at BMW Group as a Technical Integration and then as an Inbound Logistics Strategist and Logistics Planner. In 2022 they moved to The Engine as an Intern and then to Tacto as a Business Development. Currently, Karoline is a Founder's Associate in Product and Customer Success at Tacto.

Karoline Rueckerl began their educational journey in 2007 when they attended North Hagerstown High School and earned the International Baccalaureate Diploma. After graduating in 2011, they attended Penn State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain and Information Systems. In 2015, they completed a Master of Operations and Supply Chain Management with Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich. Most recently, Karoline is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
