Kristina Ulrich

Kristina Ulrich is a seasoned professional in customer value management and consulting with extensive experience across multiple roles. Currently serving as Customer Value Lead at Tacto since November 2023, Kristina has previously held positions such as Customer Value Manager and Account Executive. Prior to Tacto, experience at Kearney included roles as Associate and Senior Business Analyst from November 2021 to October 2023. Kristina's consulting expertise was developed at Emporias Management Consulting GmbH & Co KG, working as a Senior Consultant and Consultant from March 2019 to November 2021. Earlier career experience includes a position as Student Research Assistant at Fraunhofer IML and a Student Intern role at HELLA. Kristina holds a Master of Science in Logistics from TU Dortmund University and a Bachelor of Science in Logistics from the same institution, with additional educational experience at Georgia Southern University.
