Aileen Yan

Aileen Yan is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Principal at Rubicon Technology Partners since 2022. In addition, Aileen holds multiple board member positions with Tacton, Harver, Cin7, and Neighborly®, all established in 2022, and previously served on the boards of Wella Company and Modern Restaurant Concepts from 2020 to 2022. Aileen has extensive experience as a Director at KKR & Co. L.P. from 2017 to 2022 and as a board member with Academy Sports + Outdoors from 2019 to 2021. Earlier career experience includes an associate role at Clayton Dubilier & Rice from 2013 to 2015. Aileen holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School and a BS in Operations Research: Financial Engineering, along with minors in Economics and Computer Science from Columbia University.
