Ilpo Hänninen

Ilpo Hänninen is a Principal Engineer in Mechanics at TactoTek since February 2018, focusing on the technology development of connectors, specifically in-mold IMSE connectors, with an emphasis on LV214 and USCAR requirements. Prior to this role, Ilpo served as a Senior Specialist in Mechanics at Nokia Technologies from May 2004 to January 2018, where responsibilities included technology development to support future product tool sets. Previous positions also include Specialist roles within Nokia’s former CTO organization and mechanism/connectors specialization, as well as experience as a Mechanics Designer at ManpowerGroup, contributing to various innovative designs such as IML plastic covers and fabric materials for Nokia products. Ilpo holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oulu, obtained in 2004.
