Zeev Sporen has extensive experience in various managerial roles. From 2022, they have been serving as the Managing Director of Tadbik Automation & Marking. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Packer Shefi-steel Construction LTD from 2020 to 2022. Zeev also worked at Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. from 2011 to 2020, where they held the role of Director Of Operations and was responsible for mass production operations. Before that, they were an Engineering Manager and Facility Management member at Motorola Solutions from 1996 to 2010, where they had direct responsibility for multiple engineering departments. Zeev also worked as a Product engineer at Motorola Solutions from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they worked as an Industrial Engineer & Quality manager at Klir Chemicals Ltd from 1994 to 1996.
Zeev Sporen received a B.Sc. in Industrial and Management Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 1993. In 1999, they completed their MBA in Business at the same university. In 1998, Zeev obtained Six Sigma certifications (Green Belt and Black Belt) from Motorola University. In 1995, they became a Senior ISO Auditor after completing a program at the Standards Institute of Israel. Additionally, in 2020, Zeev obtained a certification in Quality Management Foundations from LinkedIn.
