Susan Khalil Frangakis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Susan is currently serving as the Director of Workforce Alignment, People, and Culture at TAFE SA. Prior to this, they worked in consulting, where they focused on leadership and culture, generalist HR, executive coaching, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness. Susan also worked as the Head of Workforce Partnering People & Culture and Head of Business Delivery, People and Culture at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. In these roles, they fostered a culture of performance, productivity, and accountability, developed talent, and uplifted capability. Susan led a team of HR Business Partners and implemented various initiatives such as Culture Review, Performance Reviews, Talent identification and development, Remuneration Review, Organizational Redesigns, and Employee Engagement action planning. Before joining Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, Susan served as a Senior HR Business Partner and Manager of Employee Engagement in the banking sector. Susan also has experience in internal communications, corporate communications, marketing, and public relations in other organizations such as Adelaide Bank, the Department of Health SA, Winchcombe Carson Financial Planning, and Financial Planning Association.

Susan Khalil Frangakis has a diverse education history. Susan pursued a postgraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Adelaide from 2021 to 2023. In 2013 and 2014, they attended the CEB HR Leadership Academy, where they focused on HR analytics, stakeholder engagement, and financial acumen. In 2010 and 2011, they completed a DipHR from AIM, specializing in Human Resources. From 1995 to 1998, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Management with a major in Marketing from the University of South Australia. Additionally, they expanded their knowledge and skills by attending various programs, including Speakeasy from Inkling Women, Resilience Trainer from Techwerks LLC US with a focus on positive psychology, and Fit for Leadership from Women of Adelaide.
